The primary document is the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), which each owner agreed to as part of their Hudson Trace purchase. The CC&Rs are binding unless superseded by local or state law.
The Rules and Regulations are written and approved by the HOA Board of Directors. They are intended to clarify and operationalize the CC&Rs but may not conflict with or supersede them.
